Cancellation policy

1. Subscription Overview
By subscribing to Craving Local, you agree to receive a regular weekly delivery of seasonal produce. You can choose between two box sizes:

• Small – £15

• Large – £25

Each box is filled with fresh, local produce, carefully selected based on seasonality and availability.

2. Payment & Billing
Payments are processed automatically through Shopify at the time of your first order, and then every Wednesday on a recurring weekly basis. All prices are in GBP and include delivery.

3. Cancellations & Pausing
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription any time by logging into your account or contacting us directly at crvnlocal@gmail.com. Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice before your next billing date to avoid being charged for that week’s box.

4. Product Substitutions
Our boxes follow the seasons and may vary week to week. We do our best to provide a good mix, but sometimes substitutions are made based on what’s fresh and available. All swaps will be of equal or greater value.

5. Allergies & Preferences
Let us know about any allergies and we’ll do our best to avoid them. While we can’t promise full customisation just yet, we’re working toward more flexibility as we grow.

6. Refunds & Issues
If something’s not right with your box, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at crvnlocal@gmail.com. Due to the perishable nature of produce, refunds are issued at our discretion.
