3. Products & Services

We offer subscription and one-off purchases of locally sourced produce and other food items. Due to the nature of fresh goods, availability may vary, and images on our site are illustrative only.

We aim to ensure product descriptions are accurate, but some variation in size, weight, or appearance may occur due to the seasonal and natural nature of our goods.

4. Orders & Cancellations

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

If your order includes perishable items (like fresh vegetables, meat, or dairy), you will not be entitled to a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice. You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. Orders will only be processed upon successful payment.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer local delivery and collection options as specified on our website. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Refunds & Returns

Refunds for perishable goods are only available if the item is damaged or spoiled on arrival. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. For other items, our full Refund Policy applies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, branding, etc.) belongs to Craving Local or our partners and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
