Baron Bigod Truffle Brie

Baron Bigod with Truffle is a decadent twist on Suffolk’s famous Brie-style cheese. Made at Fen Farm Dairy from the rich milk of their Montbeliarde cows, it is carefully hand-ladled, aged in cave-like conditions, and then elevated with a layer of black truffle-infused mascarpone.

The result is a cheese with a silky golden paste and bloomy rind, bursting with notes of butter, earthy mushrooms, roasted parsnip, and the unmistakable umami depth of truffle.
