Handcrafted at the award-winning Fen Farm Dairy in Suffolk, this raw, cultured butter is made using the warm cream from a small herd of Montbéliarde cows, grazed on the rich marshland of the Waveney Valley. The cream is cultured with live lactic bacteria before being traditionally churned and hand-paddled, resulting in a velvety texture and deep, complex flavour.
Made in small batches using raw, unprocessed milk from grass-fed cows, this butter is a rare find — the only raw farmhouse butter of its kind in the UK. Naturally gut-friendly and free from unnecessary additives, it reflects sustainable, low-intervention farming at its best.
