Rare Breed Old English Pork Sausages

Made with a rotating selection of traditional British heritage breeds — including Gloucester Old Spot, Durocs and Hampshire pigs — these sausages are all about proper flavour. These pigs mature at a slower pace and are fed natural diets, allowing intramuscular fat (marbling) to develop—making the meat tender, and exceptionally flavourful. 

Reared on small Essex and Suffolk farms, butchered locally with care and full traceability, these sausages offer juicy texture, deep flavour, and real character in every bite. Proper pork, done right.
