Crafted in Suffolk by Lane Farm, this award-winning chorizo is made using only high-welfare British pork and gently smoked over oak and beech chippings for a rich, aromatic flavour. A blend of authentic Pimentón de la Vera paprika from Spain, garlic, herbs, and spices gives this chorizo its deep, warming character.

Perfect enjoyed on its own, or sizzled into stews, pasta, and tapas — when heated, it releases beautifully flavoured oils that transform any dish.
